I bought a new Meta Quest 3 at Best Buy Canada Aug 3 2024 . Every time I try to pair it . It keep asking to connect to organization or school . Since I am not one of those .

I am having the same issue and I have factory reset the quest 3, 3 times and I still have this issue this is super annoying can't part or do anything else.
So this happened to me I put in a ticket with support. They said it would take 3 to 5 days. I ended up going down a rabbit hole in Google. I had tried Samsung and chrome browsers. Someone said it would only work properly with edge. I downloaded edge browser and sure enough it let worked perfectly.
@jjsggrb have you factory reset the headset at least 3 times and changed to the edge browser like the previous poster?
