I recently got my Meta Quest 3. I tried to start using it, but when it starts, it tries to install any available updates and constantly reboots without finishing this process. I tried a few things, like charging it until the light is green, updating it while still charging, and also trying a factory reset, but those options haven't worked for me. What else could I try or how could I determine what the problem is?

I have the same issue, the Meta Quest ask for a Wifi connection and after a succesfull connection it begins to apply the first system updates ans ask to continue the setup on the mobile phone but after a few seconds it reboots and loop this process everytime. I tried to change the wifi network, to apply a factory reset, to charge the battery to 100% and nothing helps.
Yes, it looks like there is a server issue coming from the update server and the Meta Quest 3 reboots to provide a system incompatibility error. Please MetaQuestSupport, check if there are more people having this issue and solve the server connection error or give us another solution to bypass this problem.
