Meta Quest 3 losing headset tracking

Hello. I have enjoyed your headset for a few months now without issue, but lately every time I use this headset it loses the headset tracking. I have followed all the guides and have done several factory resowith no luck. I am now afraid to use the headset in the sim racing competitions that I do because of the screen going dark randomly. I am seated every time I use it and only move my head left and right. Any help would be appreciated.
