The Quest 3 was a Christmas present for my kids, they had it two days and tracking on the right controller has been lost, the avatar looks like its arm is gone into spasm.
I’ve tried to take the battery out of the control and I’ve also done a full factory reboot but neither has worked.
unfortunately I’ve also tried to contact meta support and have had no response.
can anyone help? Thanks

Hey there, @MDMC23! It seems like you're having some issues with the tracking on your right controller. We understand how crucial this is for your gaming experience and we're here to lend a hand. Since you've already done a factory reset on your device, it might be worth checking your play area. Make sure you're in a well-lit space without any reflective surfaces like mirrors or glass tables.
