I was using the VR headset with cable link and suddenly it showed the message "headset tracking lost". Next, it showed me a menu I couldn't navigate because I didn't have any control, so I forced a shutdown and now the headset is stuck in a boot loop. I've tried resetting to factory settings twice, draining the battery and charging to full, booting from BIOS; nothing works, it's still stuck in a boot loop.
When I power the headset on, sometimes it shows a chip icon with a downward arrow and a loading bar, sometimes it shows a bright meta logo that doesn't move, sometimes it shows a spinning meta logo that fades in and out.
If it actually manages to escape the boot loop, I get a black screen or an unnavigable menu because the tracking is still lost. How do I regain headset tracking? More light? Clean the cameras? Get a replacement? Send it to meta?
