Meta Quest 3 tracking failure/Controller not showing in Quest 3

Hello!
I've had my new Meta Quest 3 for 2 days. On the first day everything actually went well except that the controllers didn't connect at the beginning and after a bit of trying it worked but I never knew how...

However, on the 2nd day I started Quest 3 and got the error message "Tracking failed" I couldn't do anything/press anything in the quest because my controllers didn't connect and even after unpairing and re-pairing the controllers it didn't work. They were shown as connected in the app, but in the Quest 3 you couldn't see them or do anything with them, even after restarting the quest and controller several times nothing changed.

Hello there, @Mr.gameplay007. Thank you for reaching out. We see you recently got a Quest 3. We are very happy that you have joined our VR community and are attempting to enjoy the very rare experience of being in a virtual world. We also see that you are having issues with your controller tracking. We will work with you to get you back into your unique experience. You told us you attempted some of your own troubleshooting; we are glad you attempted to resolve the issue on your own. We have some more things we would like you to try. You can view steps to properly unpair and repair your controller here. We also have some questions to try to further figure out the problem's origin.

  • Do you have any third-party accessories on the controller or headset? (ex. sleeves, covers, stickers). If so, remove them and try again.
  • Are you playing in a room with enough lighting so the cameras can pick up the controller?
  • Are there sources that may be distracting the cameras (i.e., Christmas lights, mirrors, infrared cameras)
  • Have you changed the batteries you are using?

We hope to hear from you soon!

Hello!

Thank you for the fast response!

I dont have and third party accessories on the controller or the headset.

My room is well lit so that shouldn't be the issue either. There are no sources in my Room which could be distracting the cameras or at least not in the corner which I am looking at with the quest 3.

I did change the batteries of the Controllers several times and they are lighting up and give a haptic response so I don't think it is the Controllers.

I Hope we can find a solution to this problem.
