My Meta Quest 3 headset will not show charge. will not turn on at all. Fan on headset is running and won't shut off till battery is completely depleted. Have had it plugged in, both on docking station and directly to headset. No change.

when you put it on the charger/charging dock does an LED light come on?
is so, what color and is it solid or blinking?
Are you using the original charge block that came with your Quest 3? Or a 3rd party one?
Are there any troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?
