Hey there @Lislea12, I understand your frustration with the current situation however I have contacted support and they are currently working on your case.
In terms of your account, Meta are unable to transfer content from one account to another so he would not be able to get a replacement set of games. Do not be discouraged by this though, because support are on it.

I hope they fix this issue. They are telling me there's nothing they can do, and I know that's not true. They are choosing not to do anything.

If this doesn't get resolved by tomorrow, I will return my bundle at Costco. I will also challenge the games my son purchased that you fraudulently took away his ability to play.

It looks as if I can still return my son's Quest 3, so I will most likely be doing that. Unfortunately, you guys want to keep my son's money for games and accessories, which in my view is stealing from my son. I will never buy anything Meta again, If it was one way when we purchased the system, games, and accessories, his account should be grandfathered in. Now I know Meta is a dishonest unethical company.
