Greetings! I'm trying to figure out how my son can change his name in games, join codes or private servers and try on bundles in Gorilla tag. He gets a "you cannot use the custom nickname feature right now or you cannot use the private code feature right now". His account is managed under my supervision. Can someone enlighten me on how to allow him these features open?
