Brand new headset. Getting gray screen and when I try a hard reset, No Command comes up. Will not shut down completely. Cannot pair to cell phone. Fully charged. Please advise. we bought 2 headsets…no problems with the second one.
@FriendlyBadger7940do not attempt a factory reset you will kill the headset. Hold the power button down until it turns off completely.
There's an issue with a current update that's causing the headsets to be unresponsive. Please keep your eye on the thread below for any official updates from meta. Add your voice to the thread.
