Meta Quest 3s setup trouble

Hi.  Recently purchased a second meta quest 3s for the children and having trouble setting up the second one.

My wife set these up so I might be missing some info but she downloaded the app on her phone and connected the first headset through it to her meta account.  We bought a second one and she added it to the app.  

Seemed as if both headsets were on the same account and couldn't play a game at the same time.  

 

After looking around a bit I figured we needed a different meta account for the 2nd headset and then to attach that to her app so they could share games while also playing together.  We factory reset the 2nd headset and I tried to link it to my meta account on my horizon app but it just won't connect after putting in the five digit code. 

Had my wife try and put the code into her phone and it connected there.

 

Am I correct in that they need 2 seperate meta accounts and can't be on the same one and playing at the same time?  If so I guess I need help with my issue of the 5 digit code not working after the headset had been factory reset and removed from phone 1.

You're right in assuming that both headsets require separate accounts!
