I keep getting these error messages when I tried to add credit card or paypal payment method in the Meta Quest app.
Error Message when adding Paypal:
Account Issue
We couldn't complete the transaction with this account. Please try again with a different Paypal account or with a credit card.
Error Message when adding credit card:
Unable to Add Payment Method
Sorry, we couldn't ad your payment method.
Please help!

You too huh? I've been dealing with this since three days ago. Apparently they don't care. Trying my best to get this recognized so they can help us all. I would call your local Better Business Bureau and make a complaint. Everyone is having issues right now not just us. Trust me I'm beyond livid. 😞 At least you didn't get this message.

I've been dealing with this for over a month. Support has absolutely no idea what they are doing.
I can't add any form of payment methods. All my previous working payment methods were removed, and can't re add them. And when I have created a brand new email, with a brand new paypal, It comes up as unusual activity and I can't use it.
I CANT EVEN USE STORE CREDIT THAT I CURRENTLY HAVE. DUE TO NOT HAVING A PAYMENT METHOD, AND NOT BEING ABLE TO ADD A PAYMENT METHOD!!!!!!!
It's a joke.
