hi so i'm having this issue where the app on my phone isn't allowing me to access the headset settings and the keyboard. it's grayed out but when it first happened and i uninstalled it was perfectly fine. now this: my headset isn't connected. it is. phone and headset are connected to same wifi. also theres no issue in the actual headset it's perfect but when i get on the app it only shows the battery of the headset. it wont show the controllers and it wont let me cast. I've logged in and out uninstalled and reinstalled. but it wont work. is there a solution. because i want to enable developer mode and it wont let me.

hello, thank you for all the help!! i actually ended up factory restarting and deleting my data and it actually connected back.

this is what the app looks like. my oculus is on and it's running beat saber. but it says my oculus was checked on an hour ago when i haven't used it today.

yes i took a break for a while and when i started it, it updated along with the app i had like beat saber etc
Are you able to tried to different network?
yes i have ive tried my hotspot ive tried my second wifi. and it doesn't work

Are you able to use a different phone to see if you're able to properly access your device?
Do you have a PC on which you can download the Meta Quest Desktop app to see if you get the same results?

so i tried on my ipad and i had the same issue

yes i have a pc but my gpu isn't compatible with the pc app so i cannot connect my oculus even though i have a working third party cable that i was able to connect to immersed with.

If anyone doesn't want to have to factory reset their device to try to fix this, I fixed this on mine by just initiating a screen cast session from the Quest 2 to my phone. I ended the cast session and the Quest 2 and phone app are connected again.
