Ever since my dad fixed the strap, my headset was finding its position in less than 30 minutes everytime. My dad and were trying to fix it many times. I factory restarted it around 5 times. The most recent time, I press Don’t Share in the app and somehow made it worse. It was now less than 30 seconds. My warranty hasn’t expired yet, it still has like 5 months.

Meta loads of us all have the same issue what is the fix ...a lot of us are out of warrnety but this defp seems like a meta issue not a customer one ? I've hardly used my meta 3
