Hi, i hope someone can guide me. I think i need to possibly make an official complaint and escalation.
I received a £100 gift card on 20th March and I cannot redeem it. It was bought on amazon, just like others I have had before.
I have tried through the app and through the website, also trying different browsers.
It just says "please try again tomorrow".
I am in contact with support and they just throw me a generic email back each time i chase it. I requested details of someone higher up and it was ignored.
This isn't a small amount of money. I was going to use it to purchase games in the sale, which has now finished. Just adds salt to the wound really.
If anyone has any tricks and tips to either get it work, or to get meta staff to do something more than a copy & paste email, I would really appreciate it.
