I recently lost a hard drive, and am trying to download and install some of my purchased games on a new drive. Specifically I have been trying Asgard's Wrath and Saints and Sinners 2. The download starts on each game and then randomly stops with no message. I have tried at least a dozen times with each. This happens at various percentages of the download.
I have scoured all forums, and have tried limiting download speed, changing the download directories, uninstalling/reinstalling the desktop app, granting full permission in the Windows firewall, and have devoted considerable time into trying to successfully download these larger games.
I can't be the only person experiencing this issue, and remember having similar issues when I first downloaded Asgard's Wrath a few years ago. Has anyone been able to find a solution?

We understand you are facing an issue in which you are unable to download some games.
May we ask does this only happen with these two in particular? Have you tried installing anything else?
Have you tried logging in on a different computer and installing from there? Or possibly even on a different network if possible?

I have tried several other games and all with the same result. I don't have another computer or network on which to try installing. Do you have any other suggestions?

I attempted to send a private message and it said "You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later. ". I have never sent or posted anything. Is that broken too?

We are not aware of any outages on our website so this feature should be working.
