I have an Occulus Rift that I was using PCVR with an old graphics card. I upgraded to a 4080 Super GPU and the Meta Quest Link app got stuck on "Update your graphics card driver." Updating the driver did not fix the problem. I thought the problem was the Occulus Rift being old so I bought a used Meta Quest 2. The Meta Quest Link app still says "Update your graphics card driver." I have uninstalled the Meta Quest Link app several times and that does nothing.
