Meta Quest Link does not allow me to sign in

Hello! My Meta Quest Link has not been operating for 1-2 weeks, I tried deleting the app several times, even reset my password on the quest mobile app as well, and nothing is solving my problem. When I try to log in it would say my password or email is incorrect in the log in section. In the "Log in to Meta" section, it would not allow the browser popups to log in through it. I even tried clicking the "Forgot Password" button, and that window was unresponsive along with the "Help Center" window. So basically I am at a complete dead end, with no way forward. Please advise!

Hi there, @TacticalWreckage! We'd love to do all we can to ensure your PCVR experience is thriving, so thanks for bringing that Meta Quest Link desktop login issue to our attention! If you're able to log into auth.meta.com without any issues, we'd like you to try the following steps to repair that desktop app instead: 

 

  1. Go to https://www.meta.com/quest/setup and click Download software.
  2. Select Repair.
    • If Windows asks you if you are sure you want to open this file, click Yes.
    • If Windows Defender prompts Windows protected your PC, click More info, and then click Run anyway.
    • If your antivirus software restricts the file from opening, temporarily disable your AV and continue.
    • Please remember to re-enable your antivirus software once you have completed the repair.
  3. Allow the repair process to run, download, and install.
  4. Launch the Meta Quest PC app.

Thank you very much for the help! I managed to solve the problem before I got your response, all I needed to do was fix my pop ups for my computer by resetting my default browsers, but I really appreciate your assistance!
