Meta Quest Link don't open on pc

Honored Guest
Hello,

I am experiencing a persistent issue with the Oculus software on my laptop, which is equipped with an NVIDIA RTX 3060 Laptop GPU (fully compatible with Oculus). Below are the details of the problem and the steps I have already taken to resolve it:

Problem Description:
The OVRLibraryService is not functioning correctly, preventing Oculus from starting properly.
Log files report several errors, such as:
"Renderer process crashed, shutting down."
"The specified path could not be found" during the migration of the CoreData library.
An UnauthorizedAccessException preventing the deletion of the temporary file DaybreakNative.dll after installation.
The OVRLibraryService.exe file is missing from the installation folder.
Hardware and Configuration:
Laptop with an NVIDIA RTX 3060 Laptop GPU.
All drivers (graphics and system) are fully updated.
Running Windows 10/11 (depending on your exact version).
I’ve tested with a single monitor connected, only the Meta Quest headset plugged in, and no other peripherals attached.
Steps Already Taken:
Reinstallation and Repair:

Attempted to repair the installation using the official Oculus setup file.
Performed a full uninstall and reinstall of the software, including manually deleting residual folders:
C:\Program Files\Oculus
C:\Users\<my_username>\AppData\Local\Oculus
C:\Users\<my_username>\AppData\Roaming\Oculus
The issue persists after these steps.
System Integrity Checks:

Verified and repaired system file integrity using the following commands:
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.
Hardware Setup:

Tested with only one monitor connected.
Tested with only the headset connected (no other peripherals).
Permissions and Service Configuration:

Reset NTFS permissions on the C:\Program Files\Oculus folder to ensure both my user account and Oculus services have proper access.
Granted NT SERVICE\OVRService and NT SERVICE\OVRLibraryService full control over the folder.
Verified that Oculus services are configured to start with the Local System account.

Log Analysis:
Found multiple errors in the logs:
"Renderer process crashed, shutting down": Indicates a rendering issue.
"The specified path could not be found": Indicates an issue during library migration (CoreData).
"UnauthorizedAccessException": Prevents deletion of the temporary file DaybreakNative.dll.
Other Tests:

Disabled advanced graphics optimizations (e.g., UWP, ASW).
Forced the use of the dedicated GPU (NVIDIA RTX 3060 Laptop) for Oculus via Windows Graphics Settings.
Current Outcome:
Oculus still fails to start.
The OVRLibraryService remains non-functional, and the OVRLibraryService.exe file is missing.
My hardware is fully compatible, and all drivers are up to date, but the software remains unusable.
I kindly request your assistance in diagnosing and resolving this issue. If any additional tests or details are required, I am happy to provide them.

Thank you for your support!
