Meta Quest Link refusing to connect to headset due to a "uncompatible graphics card"

I have spent a few days (and many hours) attempting to get my Meta Quest 2 to connect to my computer using the Meta Quest Link app since I received my off-brand link cable on Amazon (this one specifically) a week or so ago. While cheap, the cable appears to not be an issue and a perfectly fine replacement to the horribly-priced 80$ Meta cable. The main issue that I am having is that, as the title says, the Quest link app is refusing to connect or pair to the headset, with a message bar saying "Graphics card not compatible with Meta Quest Link. Headset can't be detected or paired. Learn more." It appears immediately as I plug in my headset and is incorrect, as I have a AMD Radeon RX 6400, which says it should be supported under the GPU table on the link provided. At first it was connecting okay and could get through the setup process correctly, but upon loading the link app in the headset, it would get stuck and perpetually load with the 3 blinking dots and the white Meta logo. After attempting to update graphics drivers and restarting my computer and the headset, it shows the "Graphics card not compatible" message and I have not found a solution for it. I do have Arch Linux installed on a separate disk partition, but that should not be interfering as I am running the Quest link app on Windows 10 22H2. I have a table below of my computers specs, and have tried updating my GPU and CPU drivers, many, many times now.

TLDR: I am getting a message pop-up on the Meta Quest Link app that says "Graphics card not compatible with Meta Quest Link. Headset can't be detected or paired. Learn more." which is incorrect as I have a AMD Radeon RX 6400 which should be supported. I use this link cable and the message appears immediately after plugging in my Meta Quest 2 with the link cable. I have attempted to update all of my drivers and update Windows' itself with no luck. Any help?

Quick note, I am attempting to use the Meta Quest Link app only to play Beat Saber on PCVR specifically from the Quest store, so if there is some way to get around using the Quest Link app (maybe by using SteamVR?) while also playing games from my Quest's library, that may be a good workaround.
