I have a 2D short I want to upload to our channel. When I try to, I'm given the following:
If these details are incorrect, edit the format.
Video resolution too low. The minimum required resolution for this video format is 2560 x 720. Your video resolution is 1920 x 1080. Please cancel this upload and re-upload a video with the minimum resolution or higher.
The video defaults to Video Type: Rectangular and 2D Monoscopic / 3D Stereoscopic: 3D Left-Right. The "2D" option is grayed out.
The only way to change this is to change video type to "180," then select 2D. Doing that gets you the following warning:
Video resolution too low. The minimum required resolution for this video format is 1920 x 1920. Your video resolution is 1920 x 1080. Please cancel this upload and re-upload a video with the minimum resolution or higher.
Only at this point can you switch the upload back to "Rectangular," 2D is selected (but grayed out), the warnings go away, and the upload works.
