I have been having an issue for a few days now on the Meta Quest app where I can't change my profile picture. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it still gives me an error message and changes my profile back to what it was previously.
The message it gives just says "An unknown error occured while trying to change your profile picture," and I can't get it to work at all.

We appreciate you trying some troubleshooting on your own and want to know if you have tried changing the picture on different platforms, such as from the website, from the mobile app, or from the headset. From the mobile app is where my problem is originating, and at one point it did change (to one of the default options for profile pictures like the T-Rex) but it still will not change to any custom image. I have also tried images from certain characters to pictures of trees, yet it still doesn't allow that. I have not tried changing it from the website however, and on my Meta Quest 2 headset, I am unable to find a way to change my pfp there.

So far from trying the website and attempting to change my profile picture from the headset itself, I have not been successful. I will however attempt again from the app.
