Meta Quest PC App is not connecting/finding VR headset

Hello! 
I really need help; I have been trying to connect my VR headset (Oculus Quest 2) to my pc through the Meta Quest Link pc App. It used to easily connect to my pc and I used to be able to play games such as VRChat or Phasmophobia. However, it is just continuously loading now, and my headset is not finding my pc.

It is not the cable that is the problem since I have tested it on my gaming laptop and got my VR headset to connect easily. (To where I can play games etc.)
Since the headset connected easily to my laptop it narrowed the problem down to my pc. 
Side Note: I have also been getting the "Cannot connect to Link Services" when I originally started up the app (Luckily found another forum to help fix that problem and it was just bout deleting a certain file Here)

I have made sure my pc, oculus, and drivers are updated to the most current versions. However, it is still not working. I don't know what else to try so I have decided to take it to a help forum.

@Ritsuai  Try going to the meta support website and download the meta-link app, then run a repair.  Then try the setup again.  If your meta-link app is showing an installed Q2 device you might want to try deleting it and go through the setup again.  Also, try different usb3 ports and check your win10/11 device settings and make sure to disable any usb port power savings options.  Sorry, all I can think of right now.  Good luck mate and cheers.

Sorry that it took me a few days to reply back! Thank you for trying to help and give me solutions, unfortunately they did not fix the problem I will keep trying but thanks once again
