I've had this issue for 4 months, since the quest 3 software was developed, meta has thrown its pro users under the bus. I've spent 4 months back and forth with them and they won't provide warranty to my headset within canada because I purchased it on Amazon.com I will never buy another meta product again, they don't care about their customer base, nor will they resolve this issue since everyone who bought a pro has experienced controller tracking becoming unusable in the past several months. Good luck tho
