Meta Quest Pro Controllers won't finish updating

my friend got Meta Quest Pro controllers for his birthday His quest 3, and after he gets it paired it keeps saying controller update left 0% Right 0% And he left it for like two hours, and it just stayed like that

1. Hold down / on the right controller, or on the left controller
2. Once you see the LED change or feel haptic feedback, it means the controller has restarted. You can now let go of the button and try pairing again.

You may just need to reset them to get them to update fully. It may also be helpful to reboot your headset to make sure everything pairs correctly. The link here will assist you with that. In the end, I talked to support and I had to get Send back my controllers and get new ones
