Meta Quest Pro Left controller not pairing?

The left controls are working light is on, vibration is active but it does not connect to the headset.
I've been dealing with this for about a week.
The white line on the controller is its original protector. I didn't remove it, I cut off the excess, so it looks like it was drawn that way

  1. I put it on charge and it didn't work.
  2. I waited for the battery to finish, but it didn't work.
  3. I pressed the Menu key + B key and put it in pair mode, but it didn't work.  =https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NJSQLe-GpDw
  4. I reset it to factory settings by pressing the menu key + x, but it still didn't work. = https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=He7uy0s34_M

Can you help me on this matter?
