Urgent: Quest Pro Battery Defect – Seeking Assistance
(This was my original message meant to go to support but no matter how I tried the page would say to refresh and try again, same for the whatsapp option, and there is no phone number or email listed. needless to say this is frustrating behavior for a top fortune 500 TECH company.)

I hope you're doing well. I pre-ordered the Meta Quest Pro for $1,500, primarily for face and eye tracking, meaning it has seen very light use. Despite this, I recently encountered a critical issue with the battery.
A few days ago, I noticed the status LED remains orange and never turns green. Even after charging on the official dock for 24-48 hours, the headset reports only 65-75% battery. Most concerningly, when I put it on recently, the charge dropped from 68% to 0% in under a minute. This makes the headset completely unusable and raises serious concerns about battery safety and has happened the last 3 times I tried to use it.
The headset has been stored and charged properly, has never been dropped, and has no physical damage. Given these conditions, it seems clear there is a defect in either the battery or power delivery system. A battery draining that quickly while on my head is not just frustrating but potentially hazardous.
While I understand my headset is out of warranty, I can't help but feel disappointed after investing $1,500—especially after the price was halved shortly after launch. Now, with minimal use (barely once a week, for around 3 hours per session), it's completely nonfunctional.
Is there anything Meta can do to assist me? Whether it’s a repair, replacement, or another solution, I would deeply appreciate any help in resolving this issue.
