So the other day my tracking was messed up and I tried to unpair and repair my Meta Quest Pro Controller but now whenever I try to hold the Oculus Button and B Button it blinks green and then stays on a blue light for about ten seconds and then turns off again, I'd just like to know what that means and how I can fix it, also I'm using a Meta Quest 3 if that helps.
Things I've Tried:
- Hard Resetting My Controller (Home Button + A)
- Leaving It On Charge
- Leaving It Off Charge

Hey there! We'd love to help you with your Quest Pro controller's tracking issues! While it looks like you've already tried unpairing/re-pairing, and Factory Reset your controller, we'd like you to also check the following:

Oh the problem isn't the tracking at the moment it's trying to re-pair my controller to my headset, whenever I try to pair it, instead of blinking blue it will blink green, and then will stay on a blue light with no blinking for about 10 seconds. I'd just like to know what that means and if there's a solution to it. (sorry for the confusion!)

Hi again, @v.466772! No worries! We hope we can settle any confusion you may have regarding the LED colors you're seeing. The green light means your controller is fully charged, and the blue light means it's waking up. So there doesn't seem to be a problem there.
If you still can't quite pair, please be sure to follow the instructions below.
To pair your controller:
Once you've paired your controller, the controller will automatically connect to your headset each time you turn it on, if it's nearby. If you are still having trouble pairing, please see our article: here.
Please let us know if you are still needing any help at all, as we're always happy to assist!

So I've tried everything in your previous message and looked through the article, and everything there didn't seem to fix the pairing issue, is there is a way to send a video attachment here to show the problem in action? Because I don't think it's the same green light that it shows when it's fully charged.

Thank you for trying that out for us and giving us an update on this! We know that having pairing issues with your Quest Pro controllers while trying to enjoy VR gaming can disrupt amazing gameplay, so we would love to look further into this for you in order to get you back to a smooth VR experience. If you can, please continue with the troubleshooting steps listed below.
1. Power cycle the controllers:
a. Try rebooting the controller by holding down the Oculus/Menu button until you see the lights change.
- This usually takes about 20 seconds. You should feel the "powering down" haptics, followed by the "powering up" haptics, before releasing the button.
b. If still not working, press the Oculus or Menu button to ensure the controller is awake and flashing S.O.S. on the LED. The S.O.S. mode will blink in white with the S.O.S. pattern (3 quick blinks, 3 slow blinks, 3 quick blinks).
c. Restart the HMD by holding the power button until the Power Menu comes up. Use the Gaze Cursor to select Reboot.
2. If power cycling the controllers did not resolve the issue, press the Oculus or Menu button to ensure the controller is awake and flashing S.O.S., then go through the Meta Quest app and unpair the controllers.
3. If that does not work, manually pair the controller using commands:
- To enter pairing mode on each controller, press and hold the Oculus+B (right) or Menu+Y buttons (left) for 3 seconds. You'll feel a light vibration from the front trigger when the controller transitions into pairing mode.
4. You can also try a couple of button combinations to get the controllers to appear:
a. Force power off the controllers by holding down the Oculus/Menu button for 8 to 15 seconds.
- You should feel the "powering down" haptics.
b. Turn them back on by short pressing the Oculus or Menu buttons.
5. The last resort step is to factory reset the controller:
a. Right Controller: Hold the A and Oculus buttons until the LED begins flashing red/white.
Left Controller: Hold the X and Menu buttons until the LED begins flashing red/white.
b. Release the buttons immediately after the LED begins blinking red/white.
c. Perform a manual pairing and check if the controller LED will flash blue and white to signal the pairing state.
d. Once paired, controllers may take a while to update and stay unresponsive until they finish, and LEDs would be purple during the update.
If you are still running into trouble after trying these steps, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can continue to look into this for you in a timely manner. We can't wait to hear back from you soon!

Hello again! I've already tried all of the above a couple times now (including a factory reset) and it still keeps showing that green light whenever I try a manual pair.
