Meta Quest Pro can't pair left touch controller after V69 update a couple of days ago

The Meta Quest Pro headset is practically new. I have been using it to ADVERTISE Meta products and Virtual and Mixed Reality here in Brazil. We had a channel with 1 million followers on YouTube with about 10 THOUSAND Mixed Reality and Virtual Reality game videos, but the channel was PERMANENTLY BANNED due to the CENSORSHIP that happens in Brazil, we lost money, followers and content.
Coming back, everything was working PERFECTLY, but 2 days ago the headset updated and after booting, it updated the controls. It was restarted again, the left control appeared as connected but not tracked.
I unpaired the 2 controls. I did the factory reset 7 times. ONLY the right control paired. The left control does not complete pairing when it is pairing, a message appears instead: Headset connection lost.
I changed the Wi-Fi network security from WP3 to WP2 to WP to NO SECURITY.
I turned off 5G and connected to 2.4G. I changed 3 different routers.
I connected 2 different iPhones to pair.
I set up different networks for the iPhone and headset: Both on 5G, 2.4G, and then each one on different Ghz.
I can unpair and then pair the RIGHT controller, it works perfectly, Oculus X button, flashing red, 10 seconds, Oculus Y button and OK. The message Headset connection lost does not appear. I can play Beat Saber on the Headset, or Virtual Desktop, PCVR, Beat Saber on Steam, everything works and does not lose connection.
I can leave the right controller paired or unpaired, and try to pair the left controller. But, before completing, the HeadSet Connection Lost appears on the Meta App and does not pair.
Factory reset and PAIR right at the beginning WITHOUT CELL PHONE. Left DOES NOT PAIR, RIGHT PAIR.
System Version: 50436710071900330
Version: 69.0.0.576.352.641228209
Runtime Version: 69.0.0.570.355.641203395
OS Version: SQ3A.220605.009.A1
Right Controller Firmware: 1.43.1
Left Controller Firmware: unknown
Note:
1) I live in Brazil and have always actively created content for META. When we had 1 million followers on YouTube, we used 6 MetaQuest 2. Then we bought the Pro and sold all the other Quest 2s for financial reasons, we lost the channel and more than $150,000 in our YouTube account. And now the ONLY headset we have and that we take care of is defective due to a BUG on META UPDATE ERROR. What are we going to do?
...
Please, we ask URGENTLY for you to analyze the situation, I am available for a video call, to downgrade, to reset to another firmware, to do whatever is necessary, it is just not fair that I suffer the consequences of losing one or two controls due to a META update error, which requires us to do the updates.

This is a VR forum so we like to keep things as on topic as possible 🕶

Thanks for your reply. I also want to have a great community where we can help each other. Let's wait a bit more to see what META will be doing about it.

Thank you, I'm still waiting here for any solution.

Ok, this doesn't bring me close to the solution at all

We want a better community, where we can express ourselves to get help asap.

Please keep this post as favorite so everyone can see I'm still waiting for a problem that META has done to my left controller.

Hey Marco,

I see that you are back in Miami. Can you provide us with your full address?

------

------

------

I gave him my address and asked him if he wanted a copy of my driver's license.

Important things to note:

1) I bought my Meta Quest Pro at META's site. The address where it was delivered is the same address in the US;

2) I asked my invoice, because it disappeared on META's ecommerce;

3) I have already bought 4 Meta Quest 2, and they all were delivered to the same address;

4) So, more important than fixing something they broke is to try to clear META's responsibility.

...

Conclusion: I can smell something weird going on here. A malicious update to break something when it is out of warranty or when the download started outside US... And now they don't know how to fix it and they don't want other customers to know about this.

This is getting weirder and weirder.
Meta KNOWS my address, because the products I have from META were purchased from META's e-commerce and ALL of them were always delivered to my address in Miami.
It's been about 10 days and I haven't had a single response from the META team, only their interest in knowing if I live in the United States.
I'll repeat: Since this problem of faulty updates is on several forums on the internet, everything indicates that META may be doing a malicious update, where they check if the product is out of warranty or if the product is being updated in a country without support. And if during the update one of these conditions is true, it seems that META will intentionally damage your product. And so you, the META customer, will have to spend money to fix something that was perfect BEFORE the update, or you will have to buy a new headset.
Meta has telemetry and META knows that a user who uses it every day will buy another META product when their product is faulty.
It seems that they have found a way to make a lot of money from consumers who spent a while ago and still have their products in perfect condition.
Apple does this by releasing new and better products every year.
As for META, what is the advantage of the user changing their headset? Is the new one much better? Much faster? Smaller? And the answer is NO. Those who bought the Quest 2 will change it after about 6 years. Those who bought the Quest 3 will too. And those who bought a Pro like me? I don't intend to change it for 10 years, or only when something much better comes out... In other words, META will "break" the headset with an update and META will restart making money from this user again.

@BeatrizBrazil  Sorry you're having issues with your QPro controllers with v69.  Not that it probably helps, but my OG preordered almost 2 year old QPro headset and controllers continue to work perfectly, including with latest v69.

Always seems to be a problem getting warranty support from countries that are not officially supported.  If you think you have a faulty Pro controller, maybe look to places like Ebay and see if you can pickup a used one.  I hope you manage to get this sorted out eventually mate and cheers.

Thank you for participating. The point is, I'm at USA, I've been living in Miami for almost 20 years and my family is from Brazil, I also have business in Brazil, that's the reason I travel there a lot.
But, the point here is another. My oppinion is 100% related with the issue. I think META has a malicious update software. It checks IF the download started from outside the USA from a unsupported country, and it also checks if the headset is out of warranty. And, if any of those is true, it intentionally damages something. My left controller was working 100% perfect. I was forced a update it and than Boom. And until now I had not a single support person trying to explaining why my left controller is blinking white and purple for life.
But as of today, I received an e-mail saying it was updated from an unsupported country, and it is out of warranty, and I can buy a new controller for U$ 135.00.
So, if you go to someone's home and YOU BREAK OR DAMAGE SOMETHING, YOU OFFER to that person to BUY AND PAY for something you broke?!?
Come on guys help me out to tell my story and spread my word to the world.
Everyone must know about what META is doing, they are breaking stuff with malicious updates to sell new ones.

A NEW RESPONSE FROM META TEAM and they know it happened on purpose!

There are so many mistakes in your writing, that I'm pretty sure you have no clues about what is going on.

1) Of course you currently have a high volume of cases, my opinion is that you forced a malicious update to damage a large amount of VR devices, the ones Out Of Warranty;

2) You said "our team exhausted all possible troubleshooting on the device", and that's a really big LIE. The only concern of your team is to sell a new device;

3) You are offering a refurbished controller for U$ 135,00. But, NEW ONES can be paid for less than this at the same META store;

4) This situation is SO CRAZY, I really can't find words to express my disappointment with the "smart move" META has done to damage working and perfect devices in a faulty update.

I ASK EVERY META USER TO HELP ME SPREAD OUT what is going on with me. META got inside my home, damaged my left controller with a buggy update, and now META wants me to pay for it.
