Meta Quest Remote Desktop - Installation failed - MSI event id 11708

I tried everything I could think of. I would be grateful for any help getting past this.

Edit: I did some more digging in Event Viewer and found a system event when MSI failed; the second XML is below.

 

Windows 11 Pro 23H2
AMD Ryzen 9 7900
64GB RAM
RTX 4080
