Hello Everyone!
I have been trying to get Meta Quest Remote Desktop to work for my windows 10 pc for a while now and noticed many people seem to have the same problem as me but no solution. I currently can get it to work on my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 on windows 11 but really want it to work on my other pc.
My issue is I open the app, it asks to login, edge takes me to the login page. I log in. It appears to connect similarly to what it looks like on my surface, but then after a few seconds asks me to login again. I've tried a ton of things to get this to work but no luck (used firefox browser, uninstalled app, uninstalled oculus app, disabled all firewalls, changed monitor resolution, ect)! Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Just tried myself. Doesn't work yet. Still stuck in a loop
My specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
MB: MSI B450-A PRO MAX
GPU: MSI RTX 4070 Ventus 2X
OS: Windows 11 22H2
Quest 3 firmware: v62

Maybe it is because I change my Motherboard from Asus ROG B350F to TUF gaming B550 plus last week, and update all software and driver. But I am not sure and find out why my PC can login now. Before that I did ask @NathanSudo what system requirement to support, but no feedback. At this point, my hardware specs is work for reference.

@Tonybb8 Sorry if I missed your question! From my understanding technically your specs were probably ok but there does seem to be some issue with devices with certain specs that hasn't been clear what's creating the issue -- I've been trying to get this escalated with the team working on Remote Desktop but I have a feeling it's a difficult issue to track down. Good to hear your new motherboard is working! Did that update your video card as well in the process? Or are you using the same video card? Curious! I have suspected it's a video card issue but maybe it's some issue with motherboard/video card combination?

Hi @NathanSudo ! I did not update my video card, and I am using the same video card (I only changed my Motherboard). Actually, I don't think this is hardware issues, if it is hardware issues why we can use quest link/Oculus to connect and remote control our windows/mac. On the other hands, Virtual Desktop app and Immersed app can do that perfectly.
Finally, I hope that support team can solve the login and submit feedback functions. Until now, I still cannot send the feedback to Meta. If it is solved at least we can know that we can login to meta, not in the failure login loop.

Hey everyone! I know it's been a while since I last reached out, but I've been working with our engineers to find a possible resolution for this issue. Since v62.0 started rolling out recently, I wanted to see if everyone was still having trouble logging in to the remote desktop. If you are, could you please share the exact build number (software version) of your device so our engineers can look into this?

Hey, @Cogscides! So support on the forums wouldn't be able to review logs as they don't have the tools here to properly examine them. They would need to look at the logs through a support ticket so they can be properly transferred and looked at.
For now, they need the full software version of your headset so that they can help them look into this further. When you go to the settings for your headset, go to the About option and that's where the full version will be. If you're able to provide a clear picture of it, it would help out a lot.

I meant Remote Desktop app logs on PC, as there is a problem with login loop on windows device, not in the Quest app.
Because for now with login loop on pc users not able to send logs through application. There is a way to get app logs, but no one here asking users faced this issue to provide logs.

MacOS M1, Sononma 14.3.1 doesn't work, it is looping and not able to sent a bug report. This is disappointing since I was thinking to use it partially for work
