Hello Everyone!
I have been trying to get Meta Quest Remote Desktop to work for my windows 10 pc for a while now and noticed many people seem to have the same problem as me but no solution. I currently can get it to work on my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 on windows 11 but really want it to work on my other pc.
My issue is I open the app, it asks to login, edge takes me to the login page. I log in. It appears to connect similarly to what it looks like on my surface, but then after a few seconds asks me to login again. I've tried a ton of things to get this to work but no luck (used firefox browser, uninstalled app, uninstalled oculus app, disabled all firewalls, changed monitor resolution, ect)! Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Jumping in here with same issue. Works fine on Surface Laptop, i get the login loop on my desktop (Win 10).

Hi @BlameChris . Looks like i'm running an NVIDEA GeForce GT 1030. That what you looking for?

@kickers3 yeah, I was trying to see if we both had the same GPU. Seems people think it's related to the gpu, but I think it's actually related to the authentication process failing. But it's all speculation on my part. I just figure the more info they have the sooner they can fix it

@BlameChris You may be right, it's hard to say but it does seem to be related somehow to people using specific brands or models of GPU but that's just an assumption right now -- it could be authentication or some specific software related to something about those devices it's hard to say right now. Trying to gather as much relevant data as possible to try and help the team solve it so thanks for asking @kickers3 for the model as well!

I face exactly the same problem now and our pc builds are the same. It works on my Mac but not on my PC.

Hi there, I am having the same issue. It's exactly 15 seconds that I attempt to log in and get thrown back to the welcome screen. I logged a ticket and was told it was down to my incompatible graphics card - An NVidia 1050TI, but I'm not entirely convinced, so I am watching this space to see if anyone comes up with a fix. It works fine on my other pc with a newer graphics card, and my 2015 Macbook pro.

Hey there, y'all! Can you share what software version the desktop app is running when you try to log in?

v1.15.0.14.301 (have to get the version before it logs me out) let me know if there's any other info that would help.
I'd also like to add Immersed works on both my Desktop and Laptop, so I don't think it's related to the GPU.
