I cannot connect my Meta Quest Remote Desktop app to my Meta profile, and therefore I'm unable to use the Remote Desktop app. I'm using Windows 11 23H2. I have no pending Windows Updates, including Optional Windows Updates. I click sign in and my browser opens to this page:
If the image fails to load, it shows my facebook profile picture. It says "Continue as [my first name]?" Then there's a blue button that also says "Continue as [my first name]?" Then there's a white button that says "Not You?"
When I try "Continue as..." the Meta Quest Remote Desktop app opens again and says "Something went wrong. Please wait 2-5 minutes." When I try "Not you?" I'm prompted to log in with my Meta account. I log in, then Meta Quest Remote Desktop opens again and still says "Something went wrong. Please wait 2-5 minutes."
This was true about a week ago when I bought my Meta Quest 3. Today, when I booted Windows, I was prompted to update the Meta Quest Remote Desktop app. I updated and hoped this would change the behavior, but it behaves the same way.
