Could get the App to Start by removing the "Meta Virtual Monitor" Device in Windows Device Manager. After removing that device the App started and could be configured and run correctly. The "Meta Virtual Monitor" got re-installed too...

There's a few simpler options we would first like to suggest before trying to run the app again:
1. Restart the PC
2. Run the application as administrator
3. Disable firewall
4. Uninstall and re-install the application itself
Also, there's a small chance the application may not be compatible with the screen resolution of your monitor. If applicable to you, we suggest trying a lower resolution of 1080p before opening again.
If you've attempted some or all of the above, please keep us in the loop if any of these fix the issue.

Hey,
Thanks for the quick reply.
1. Restart the PC - done. No difference.
2. Run the application as administrator - also done. No difference.
3. Disable firewall - done. No difference. Also disabled all Windows App Security settings.
4. Uninstall and re-install the application itself - Tried that, no difference.
Found that the Crash Handler is writing a Log/Dump (.dmp) to AppData.
I can provide it if needed.
The resolution of my screen is 1080p by Default...

Hi @MetaQuestSupport , I have the same problem as @tobias.kutning . Installing the latest version of Meta Quest Remote Desktop Setup.msi works fine, but when I open the application nothing happens (I've tried all the options you've suggested). Do you have a solution?

Could you please walk us through your process when you attempt to open the app.
Can you see the process running in Task Manager after you attempt to launch the application?

After installing the agent correctly, nothing happens, even if I try to launch it as administrator. And no Meta Quest-related processes running in the task manager.
