I bought a gift card Meta Quest gift card from Amazon and it gave me a card that doesn’t work and when I try to redeem it, it never works. Could someone please tell me how I could fix this or make it work?

Meta doesn't give a crap about any of us. I've got two gift cards that I can't use and for a month they're telling me there support team is looking into this. They're so full of crap they don't care
