Meta Quest headset not downloading any games

Ive been trying to download this game i got but every time i press on the download button it gets to 0% and then cancels the download. I’ve tried restarting the headset which didn’t do anything so i resorted to a factory reset but after that nothing is downloading still. so now im left with no games to play on the headset because of this problem

Its incredible Meta doesn't  check connectivity  to alert the user they can't install the apps because there's a problem reaching their servers.  I lost a lot of time testing many things as I thought it was another issue.

Its a server issue, it'll be up sometime in the future

I almost deleted everything! Multi Millionaire company that doesn't care about its customers is frustrating.

had quest 3 since december last year no complaints but all of a sudden my games wont instal

I'm having the exact same problem. This is very frustrating. I've tried restarting it and nothing works. 😡
