Meta Quest headset not downloading any games

Ive been trying to download this game i got but every time i press on the download button it gets to 0% and then cancels the download. I’ve tried restarting the headset which didn’t do anything so i resorted to a factory reset but after that nothing is downloading still. so now im left with no games to play on the headset because of this problem

I just bought my meta quest 3 and it seems I can't download any games not even the one that came with the bundle I bought one game that won't down load either nothing will download and I'm wondering why I bought a 600 dollar vr and I can't play any games..

I am also having the same issue, not able to download any app or game from the store. I hope it's coz of the server.

I’m experiencing the same issue with my Quest 2 right now, so maybe it’s an issue on Meta’s end? Either way, very frustrating experience. If I actually get some help or find a solution, I’ll pass it along!

I just finished setting up my new quest 3 and it won't let me download anything,  download starts for half a second then canceles itself,  been searching for a fix online but to no avail,  currently there is a reddit post going on from many others with same problem
