Ive been trying to download this game i got but every time i press on the download button it gets to 0% and then cancels the download. I’ve tried restarting the headset which didn’t do anything so i resorted to a factory reset but after that nothing is downloading still. so now im left with no games to play on the headset because of this problem
your telling me ! How hard is it to let your customers know there is a known issue right not and that you are working on fix and to please be patient so we the user know its not something on our end !!! Seriously !
Been having issues with my headset for the past few days, finally made slow progress after factory resetting the headset and bashing my head at every step of the setup process until I finally got to where I could download my apps again, only to find the servers are down. I've had my headset for three years, rarely had issues, this has made my headset unusable and with how often I work in VR this has become a serious issue for me. Seriously needs to have a status or alert when the servers are experiencing issues.
