My meta quest app on my phone is being weird. For some reason all the sudden it deleted all my chats with everyone. And whenever I try to text someone it deletes it right away. I can’t text anyone and I kinda need it. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in that doesn’t work. I’ve tried deleting the whole app and reinstalling it but that doesn’t work either. I’ve reported it many times. Please help me

We’ll support only says they deal with device issues! Obviously the App is not working properly! Deleted and reinstalled 3 times.. no change! It’s synced properly and messaging works on headset but not on meta app on phone! That’s a y’all problem as it’s affecting others also!
Same happening here. It appears to have started when the new styled invites entered the chat as a card style. This happened when playing Human Fall Flat where it creates the card style invite notifications. I've reported it as an issue noting that you cannot send/receive chats on mobile when this happens which is a big deal.
I’ve reported it many times. Is this something meta needs to fix or is it something on my part because I need to this fixed and it’s been like this all of yesterday and today.
Additional detail that I've noticed. I am still getting notifications for the messages and can see the visible portion of the message in the notification, but when clicking on it and going to the app I am just presented with a spinning waiting icon that never loads. Trying to send a message from mobile results in no message sent to the recipient and nothing in the chat log. Message functionality on the Quest appears to be functioning normally.
Has to be on their end with it affecting different users!
