Hello, so I recently got my Meta Quest 3 in August, and one of the first things I did was pay for the annual subscription to Quest+, because I see it as a great deal.
I made sure to redeem every curated game, and every game from the rotating library. I checked several times, and even downloaded them.
I know have a few games that are expired, which I know I redeemed. They are A Township Tale, Sports Scramble, and The Climb.
They are in my library. Is there any way to reclaim them? It seems so odd because my subscription is active, and nothing else is expired.
I am confused if I did anything wrong. I made sure to claim every game since that is part of the value. Is there anything I can do?

The same thing just happened to me. I thought the whole point of a redeemed game is that it stays in your library just like PlayStation plus works. If this is not the case then I won’t be continuing with meta plus subscription.

Facing the same issue. I redeemed Sports Scramble and even though my Quest+ Subscription is vaild the games shows as expired.

I played all these games. They are showing as expired in my library too.

I don't know why support don't just post a useful reply in here rather than making everyone message them individually.
It seems that the 'games catalogue' games do come and go, like Netflix. The two main games a month, once redeemed, are available forever (so long as you remain subscribed) but the others can be removed. The wording on the quest+ website page do say this, though it certainly isn't made very clear. I assumed all games remained available, but apparently not.
