During my 6 month free trial of Meta Quest+ I chose not to cancel my subscription. I paid for a yearly subscription but I only received 6 months instead of a year. I was under the impression that the 6 month trial was free and not part of the yearly subscription if I decided to subscribe. If there has been an error and I should have received a year, how do I go about resolving it?

Thanks for the first response that makes sense. I purchased a Quest 3 - received my 6 month free trial and after I paid for the yearly subscription, received only 6 months more instead of a year. My expiration date is Nov 1, 2024 and should be May 1, 2025. It’s as though they included my 6 month trial as part of my yearly subscription. I’ve already gone the ticket route and barely received any help . I’m at the point that I’m considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in order to get a response from Meta.

I completely understand. I can definitely bring this up to our internal teams so this can be looked into further. Once I hear back from them, I'll let you know what they've said.

Was situation was resolved. They merely cancelled my subscription, refunded the cost and I resubscribed. I’m happy with the outcome, you guys are great!

I took out a Meta Quest + subscription on May 1. I paid for 1 year and instead they gave me 6 months. I sent them proof on their chat area and they agree with me. It shows my rebilling date is Oct 29, 2024 instead of May 1, 2025. They have yet to fix it after 5 weeks. I have been told repeatedly how it will be done and last chat before today I was told give another 5 - 7 business days and it's been past that and still nothing done. I wrote to Mark Zuckerberg and other executives at Meta and been totally ignored. I had to fight for the bonus that came with a 1 year paid subscription since the system took it as 6 months. This has been a nightmare and I am so sick of being ignored and put throught this due to Meta's error.
