During my 6 month free trial of Meta Quest+ I chose not to cancel my subscription. I paid for a yearly subscription but I only received 6 months instead of a year. I was under the impression that the 6 month trial was free and not part of the yearly subscription if I decided to subscribe. If there has been an error and I should have received a year, how do I go about resolving it?

I have a feeling this is the situation for everyone who like you got 6 months free Quest + with their Quest 3 purchase. I have the exact same problem and I was not offered a full refund and then told to resubscribe. I have just been ignored and told it would be fixed.

I did that and it did nothing. Support has been useless for 5 weeks now. Clearly Meta messed up the promotion for the FREE 6 months that came with the Quest 3 512gb version.
