I have the first meta quest (the one with 2 camera on top and its black). I did a factory reset on it, created a new account and went through the pairing steps on the app but it wont let me use the headset. when i look in the headset it says to finish set up on the app but when i go on the app it says i need to watch the set up and wellness video but the video will not work. i keep trying and i have gotten on a computer to try and watch it but i cant find it and the search bar doesnt help me. Can someone help me with this?
