Hi,
So apparently there's a meta store april sale going on, but I cannot see it, neither it the meta quest link app, nor in my Quest 3.
Is the sale not for my region? I am in Europe, Lithuania.

I saw several posts from users that can not see the April sale.
To what Meta support said HERE this might happen because of the region you live.
Sadly, Lithuania is not one of the Meta Quest supported countries and regions.

That is an absolutely BS response! I can never, ever see Meta store sales on my account, yet my wife (with her separate account) always does. My conclusion is that I should buy everything via the Steam store instead. Given that Meta is hemorrhaging money and depends heavily on game sales, driving people away from your store is a very foolish move. You seriously need to rethink this policy. And by the way, I am in the USA, so this is not a regional issue.

Hello there! If this is an issue you're experiencing whenever there are promos I recommend submitting a bug report! If you're within their supported countries and having this issue it might be a bug.
In addition you can get connected with @MetaQuestSupport by going to their profile and clicking "Send Message". They can get a better look into this for you as well!
Just check for the information our MVP provided incase you're not within those support countries.

I DID contact support, repeatedly. Below is one of the emailed responses I received. They never followed through on it. To say the least, I am not pleased with Meta support!!! You are seriously foolish to treat your customers this way, especially those like myself who are big spenders in the Meta store. Ever since getting my two Quest 3 devices a few months ago I had been frequently praising your company and products in social media. But that has now ended. Also, I am not pleased by YOUR (automated?) response, since you obviously did not actually read the comment I posted (which noted that I am in the USA). —Tom Burke (ReactiveLight)

I agree with you completely and feel the same way.
they give you sales in the beginning to get you hooked on VR. Then cut you off after spending hundreds to thousands while promoting meta to friends and family.
Sounds like normal greedy marketing and discrimination. I just don’t understand why rub it in by sending me emails promoting sales to the email blocked from all sales?

Your response makes no sense. We get all sales until April Mega sale. Now we are blocked from that and all sales after.
You can see the sale logged out but get full price logged in.
You give us sales in the beginning to get us hooked on VR. Then cut you off after spending hundreds to thousands while promoting meta to friends and family.

Why does it matter if I'm logged in or out? I'm still in the same place.

I think there is a misunderstanding.
Nobody gets a response to a bug report. It's just a report from user to Meta.
The purpose of a bug report is to inform Meta that something is wrong
