Meta Store, Horizon won't load on quest 2

Hi, I have a problem on my Meta quest 2. when i want to go into store or horizon it wont load. I checked i have a good internet connection an i have the latest update. Can someone pls help me?

Hi there again, @Lukmonster8! We're checking in to see if uninstalling and reinstalling both the Meta Store and Meta Horizon apps proved to be helpful. If it wasn't, please let us know by responding to our previous post. We can't wait for your reply!

We'd love to lend you a helping hand, but before we can, please lend us one by answering the following questions to help us better determine your next best course of action:

  • Are you receiving any error messages or requests when attempting to access either the Meta Store or Meta Horizon?
    • If so, may you please provide us with a detailed description of what happens when you attempt to open them or a screenshot?
  • Are the Meta Store and Meta Horizon apps your only apps that won't load?
  • Have you ever been able to load the Meta Store or Meta Horizon apps?
    • If so, when did you notice their inability to load?
  • Have any changes been made to your Quest 2 recently?
    • If so, what were they?

We also kindly ask that you uninstall and reinstall both the Meta Store and Meta Horizon apps and let us know if they're able to load.

Hi Meta. Sorry that it took me so long to reply. I just needed to wait for aubaut 1 hour for it to load. But still thanks for the help.

How exactly would i go about uninstalling and reinstalling them? I've never tried and am having a similar issue. It's not doing anything except loading for a few seconds then closing. A singular time i got the message that it kept stopping

Welcome to the community forums thank you for posting 😀

To delete an app please follow the steps below:

  1. Press. / on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
  2. Select .
  3. Find and then hover over the app that you want to uninstall.
  4. Select .
  5. Select Uninstall, then select Uninstall to confirm.
