This is horrible, I ordered a replacement controller for our Oculus Quest on December 17 as an additional Christmas gift for my daughter! (Because the original one has been broken for a couple of months)
The controller was $75 and it instantly came out of our account! UPS has our estimated delivery date for December 21st! Today is December 26th and still no updates!
I’ve contacted UPS and they have not even received the package from Meta! UPS is stuck on “Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet” as of 12/18/2023 4:25PM
Ive been trying to contact Meta, one number I called They were very rude and said “Not the order department” and hung up!
I’ve emailed them and it’s saying “Give us 48 hours to respond”
Ive opened a chat (via WhatsApp) and it’s being read however they’re not responding to me! I’m sooo angry! I may as well have ordered a replacement controller from EBay but I thought was doing something right by ordering from the actual company! I just want my money back at this point! I’ll be fining a complaint with every entity I can!

So sorry to hear what you've gone through there. See when you clicked the whatsapp option, there should have been a live chat option you could choose I would try that.
In the meantime let me tag @MetaQuestSupport and if they see this before you get sorted I'm sure they'll reply with some advice.
May I just ask what was wrong with the controller?

Sorry I've not been very clear there. Instead of using WhatsApp, try the live chat. They should reply as it starts off as a bot then asks if you want to talk to a representative.
The whatsapp system is a little more difficult as they automatically accept the messages but obviously have limited people to answer them at any one time. They will come back to you BUT you have to make sure your phone is on loud as if you don't reply quick they will go to next in queue.

that's unusual, try viewing it as desktop or trying on a PC

UPS just updated my tracking with a delivery date for This Friday December 29th FINALLY
