Meta Store sales doesnt show to all users

Since 2021 the problem has existed, Meta support has known about it and has done nothing but deceive its users.
The first excuse is that it is a regional promotion. Lie. Because just as I don't see the promotions and my wife is next to me in your username, thousands of reports on the internet have demonstrated this.
The second excuse is asking support for help. I contacted them twice and nothing changed. I lost April's Mega Dale and the Star Wars bundles.
A warning to those who, like me, wanted to bet on the Meta platform: be careful because once you play some games, you will not have access to promotions and packages, and the support will definitely not be able to help you.
