I have been trying to get help with my ad account for the last 2 weeks and Meta Support is completely ignoring my messages and follow ups on chat.
At the beginning of the month we had a random ad pop up on our ad account that wasn't our ad / anything to do with our brand and wasn't done by us. Meta quickly caught it and although the ad had spent over $2k in a matter of a couple of hours - they caught it and paused our account with an error message saying our account had been compromised. They then refunded the account billing amount that had been spent.
From there - everything looked fine.
The next day I realised that the account hadn't spent any money on our other campaigns and the account wasn't spending or delivering ads.
I got onto support and over the week had a couple of support team members help me trouble shoot and go through solutions for what might be the problem.
I have reset campaigns, fixed all errors, re done and reset audiences and updated payment details. I have done new campaigns, loaded fresh creative and even did a new ad account and new pixel and that isn't working either.
Every time I load ads / update it - everything reports back saying ads are approved and all good to go but it still isn't spending any money or delivering ads out.
For over a week - the support chat and meta team have completely ignored all emails / messages / chat replies and requests for help. I don't know if it is because they don't know how to fix it and are just hoping I go away but I desperately need help fixing the account!
Has anyone had a similar situation or have any idea on how to get in touch with them to get help on the account!?
