It seems a few people have had a problem with their headset charging port overheating and even burning. This has recently happened to my headset... Noticed a weird smell then realised the charging port had melted and was trashed.
Got in touch with the support team, and after providing them with all the details and photos and proof they asked for their final word was that they cannot repair or replace the headset because I live in Greece which is "outside of the warranty coverage area...." .... Wtf? I didn't realise Greece was such a third world country, I thought we were part of the EU. And anyway even if we were a third world country I would still expect a little more "support" from meta support.
So meta doesn't want to help or recognise the problem with their dangerous and faulty equipment because I live in Greece. I've never heard anything so ridiculous.

@vicabazza Sorry but if you don’t live in a supported country you’re out of luck mate. Ok to rant, I feel your pain.
