Meta Support Not Replying Back To Emails

I got an email for my case being resolved to remove the two factor authentication from my stolen account, but it is still on the account and I am unable to login. I sent a reply email with my information and I never got a reply back initially after providing proof of my ownership of the account.

I replied to the email that was sent to me about 5 days ago. I sent a second email just now with the same information that was requested.

I responded to the email but I have not yet received a follow up email even after being told it was fixed.
